FAQ 受験者インフォメーションセンター パスワードを忘れた方
パスワードを忘れてログインできない場合は、以下の手順で、パスワード変更またはユーザ名変更を行なってください。

表示されたページの上部にある［ Forgot your Username or Password? ］をクリックします。

アカウント回復のための登録ページに進みます。必要事項を入力し、［ submit ］ボタンをクリックしてください。
- [submit］ボタンを押すと、元の画面に戻ります。
「 アカウントが回復したのでメールをチェックしてください」とメッセージが表示されます。メールの確認をお願いします。
※もしメールが届かないようでしたら、その旨「カスタマーサポート」までご連絡ください。メールは、受験者インフォメーションセンターに登録されているアドレスに届きます。そのアドレスの受信ができない状態では、このメニューを使ってのアカウント回復は完了しません。 -
このような内容のメールが届きます。
- 題名：「Account Activation」（アカウント有効化）
Dear Taro
Your user login to the Candidate Information Center has been created. Your certification ID is: 298804. Before you can continue, you must activate your account. To activate your account, please go to https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/aa?aakey=tajTRCYjjiqXJVaEDHQs
Your account activation code is: 9k0ZHJne
Once you activate your account you will be asked to reset your username and password. Once you have completed this, you will then be able to login, using the new username and password you just created. Please note that the account activation link will expire on 10/31/2009, or once you have activated your account.
Once you have logged in, be sure to complete the Certification Agreement by clicking on the "Candidate Agreement" link in the left column. Certifications will not be awarded until the Agreement is complete. The Agreement need only be completed once;it will apply to all subsequent certification tracks.?

アカウント有効化のための画面になりましたら、メール文中にある「Your account activation code is」のコードを入力してください。（赤字で示したコードです）

新しいユーザ名やパスワードなど、必要な情報を入力し、［Submit］ボタンを押せば、手続き終了です。

新しいユーザ名・パスワードでログインするよう、メッセージが表示されます。
さきほど設定した設定した［ユーザ名］［パスワード］でログインしてください。
